The communication of this information takes the following forms:<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>1- Reports: Parents will receive two written reports of their child\u2019s progress during the year<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>These will be taken home early in the New Year and just after the end of the school year in late May.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Reports will outline the student&#8217;s progress in all areas of the<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>curriculum and are written by the class teacher responsible.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Reports should be returned to the class teacher signed by<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>parent for acknowledgement in a maximum delay of 3 days.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>2- Individual Appointments: Parents are able to make an appointment to see a member of staff<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>at any time during the school year to discuss the progress of their child if they feel it is necessary.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Each teacher also has their own school e-mail address for direct contact. They do not however<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>have the opportunity to check these throughout the day and so some time may elapse<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>before a message is received and a reply given.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>3- Channel Book: Each child receives a Channel Book on the first school day.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Through the Channel Book the teacher will communicate to parents the work being<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>carried out each week, and in which the parents may communicate with the teacher if desired.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>4- E-mail: Each teacher has an individual e-mail address for both<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>sending and receiving school related information.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Academic EvaluationThe evaluation and assessment of children\u2019s academic and general progress is an integral partof the child\u2019s life in school.
